How To Make Ginger Garlic Paste
I like to share this recipe under how-to's category..because some recipes are like a ideas or tips more than a recipe. Ginger and garlic are very important for my everyday cooking( to my srilankan kitchen). usually I make paste and freeze them in bulk . Then use within 1-2 months. you can keep small amount of paste in refrigerator for daily use. But what I am doing is ,I store my paste in 2-3 small containers in a freezer and use within 2 months.This paste not harden in freezer because of the vegetable oil.
Ingredients:
you'll need: garlic,ginger,salt, vegetable oil

1. clean
garlic and ginger ,then dry them completely using kitchen towel.
2. grind ginger and garlic
with salt using your blender or in a wet grinder .
3. when grinding add oil
until ginger and garlic become to smooth paste.
4. store in a freezer
using clean, dry air tight containers.
